Entries
All entries for the qualifiers must be made via the online entry system. Entries will not be accepted by phone, email, fax or post. Closing dates and times are published on the Dublin Horse Show website and on the Young Eventhorse Series Facebook page. Please note that 10pm is the close of entries for the Young Event Horse and Junior/Young Rider Event Horse qualifiers and 5pm is the close of entries for the Connemara and Irish Draught qualifiers. These deadlines will be strictly adhered to.
Withdrawals, Transfers and Refund of Entry Fees
Due to the logistics and costs associated with running RDS Qualifiers, the following applies for 2019: o A 100% refund will be allowed if a withdrawal is received before the closing date. o A transfer of an entry will be accommodated up to 12noon on the Sunday preceding the Young Event Horse and Junior/Young Rider Event Horse Qualifiers. o A transfer of an entry will be accommodated up to 12noon on the Thursday preceding the Connemara and Irish Draught Qualifiers.
2019 YES! League Sponsor

Qualification Criteria - YES!
To qualify, a horse / rider combination must have o Completed a minimum of two Qualifier events before competing at the Dublin Horse Show o Achieved the YES! Minimum Accepted Standard (MAS) in each phase of adjudication, regardless of their total score.
Eligibility
Full details on eligibility are available on the Dublin Horse Show Website. 5 year old mares that have bred a registered foal * are eligible to be adjudicated in the 4 year old YES! category. 6 year old mares that have bred a registered foal * are eligible to be adjudicated in the 5 year old YES! category. * Photocopies of foal registration must be submitted with entry form to corroborate eligibility.
Young Event Horse Qualification
Horses must have competed in and completed a minimum of two YES! qualifier events before competing at the Dublin Horse Show. Five horses from each age group will be invited to enter the Dublin Horse Show from each of the four qualifiers. A rider may qualify a maximum of three horses per Young Event Horse category.
Registration
Please check the start list and know your number when you arrive at the secretary's office. Make sure that you have your passport as this must be checked to ensure eligibility. If you don't have your passport or it doesn't meet the YES! criteria, you will compete H/C.
Passports - Young Event Horse Qualifiers
Important - it is the owner’s and rider’s responsibility to ensure that valid passports are available on the day of the qualifier. Animals must be named, show breeding, identify the breeder and must have microchip barcode. All changes in name and owner must be updated. Please check passports before coming to the qualifiers.
Height Measurement
Notice Date: 22 May 2019: The RDS has confirmed that height measurement is NOT a requirement for the Junior/Young Rider Event Horse class at the 2019 Dublin Horse Show. Height measurements will not be checked at the qualifiers unless a query arises about a pony meeting the minimum height requirement of 148cm.
Junior / Young Rider Event Horse Qualification
Horses (same combination of horse and rider) must have competed at and completed a minimum of two Junior / Young Rider Event Horse qualifier events before competing at the Dublin Horse Show. The top four horses from each of the four venues will be selected for entry to the Dublin Horse Show Final. A rider may enter a maximum of two horses in each Junior / Young Rider Event Horse qualifier. A rider may qualify a maximum of two horses in the Junior / Young Rider Event Horse category. Indemnity
Neither the Young Event-Horse Series (YES!) nor any of its officers, officials, servants or venues where qualifiers are held shall be in any way responsible or accountable for anything that may happen (from any cause of circumstance whatever) to exhibitors

The data you provide will be used to process your entry for the DHS Qualifiers and YES! League and will subsequently be shared with the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) for the purposes of running the relevant classes at the RDS Dublin Horse Show (DHS). Data will also be shared with Horse Sport Ireland as sponsors of the YES! League. Information will also be published by YES!. Processing of your data is done with your consent, or pursuant to our contract, or done in the legitimate interests of YES! to run its events. By providing your information, you confirm your agreement to this processing. Please note that you are responsible for informing YES! of any subsequent changes to this data. Data Protection Statement
Personal data collected by YES! is used for the purposes of processing entries. It is required, stored, processed and disclosed to the RDS, Horse Sport Ireland (HSI) and other bodies in accordance with the laws relating to proper treatment of personal data.
Photography and Videography
The Organisers reserve the right to photograph and video competitors taking part in the Qualifiers. When you attend a YES! event you may be photographed and/or filmed/recorded due to your presence at the event. The purpose of that photography or filming/recording is the legitimate interest of YES! and Horse Sport Ireland in using audio-visuals to publicise and promote the Qualifiers and Irish Sport Horse. On making an entry of the qualifiers, competitors/owners accept that, at the Qualifiers, photographs and recorded images may be taken by HSI, YES! and RDS for organisational and studbook record and promotional purposes. Competitors/owners agree that photographs and recorded images of themselves, handlers/staff and associated participants may be taken at the events and accept that these images will be used in YES!, HSI and RDS organisational and studbook publications, both print media and online media sources for the promotion of the sector.
