Request for DC Sign Off to move up a level to compete in 2026
Riders must be signed off by the club DC when they move up to Junior, Intermediate and Open Levels to compete in Hunter Trials, One Day Events, Tetrathlon or Show Jumping. In order to move up a level riders must attend at least one KHPC rally for that discipline; The parent needs to inform the DC that the rider is attending the rally to be assessed. The DC will inform the instructor who can then assess if the rider is capable and competent to ride at the next level. Confirmation of competency will be given by the DC not the instructor. Camp 2026 - 5 days - Monday to Friday; All the usual activities over 5 days; Lots of variety and opportunities; There will be a senior camp this year for those 14 on 1/1/26 or were in 2nd Yr upwards, including specialist coaches and informative sessions ranging from sports psychology to nutrition to pilates.
