About Us

My name is Edel, I am an Early Year's Practitioner, Trainer, Mindfulness Coach and advocate for children's emotional well being. I teach the methods of creative mindfulness to children, teens and adults. Robbie's Mindful Adventures - My First Day in School is my very first children's book which I hope is the beginning of a series of books to help children with their emotional well being. Over Aug and Sept proceeds from the sale of this book will go to Milford Hospice in memory of our Adventurous Robbie
