HYROX YOUNGSTARS FINTONA (9-13YR OLDS)
HYROX YOUNGSTARS is coming to Fintona Co Tyrone....this is an unique experience which will offer children aged 9-13yr olds the opportunity to take on the Roxzone exercises and the runs (this is not a timed event) the kids will run 300m between each exercise area.... weights will be reduced and some distance/reps reduced as well for the exercises. Once the kids finish they will recieve a Hyrox patch at the finish line! Lets get our kids active and signed up for this brilliant opportunity!! #HYROX YOUNGSTARS #ACTIVEKIDS #FUNDAMENTALS. The event is timed for each run and roxzone exercise..the venue will offer warm up zones, recovery zones, viewing galleries, refreshments, Dj and beautiful park run area🏋♂️ We want to give you the ultimate Hyrox experience in Fintona 💪 Please note: No refunds but names can be changed up to 7 days before the event!.
