7th of May at Knappabeg. 1.5h per lesson. First lesson : 6pm. Second lesson : 7:30pm. Jumping and flatwork. Fine tune your skills for the ridden and performance classes. With experience of working with world class athletes across sports like MMA, football, basketball, rowing and skeleton, this session will provide practical tools to help you perform at your best when it matters most.
